Through the lens of motivational interviewing, this session aims to equip case managers with the tools to adeptly uncover barriers, facilitating collaborative efforts in the pursuit of both short-term and long-term goals. The primary focus areas of this workshop include building trust and rapport, effective communication, exploring goals, and action plans. By the end of this workshop, case managers will be equipped with the skills and insights needed to employ motivational interviewing effectively, fostering a collaborative environment that propels students toward their educational and personal paths.
